Yes. Include details or a photo with your request. The team will confirm whether the products are suitable and explain the applicable maintenance and replacement terms in your estimate.
Can I buy commercial-grade lights through Whistler Lights?
Yes. Commercial-grade products supplied as part of your installation are purchased by you and belong to you.
What does the $625 + tax minimum cover?
The minimum installation project charge is $625 + tax. Product costs are additional. Your written estimate confirms the design, installation, scheduled takedown and applicable support before work begins.
Is maintenance included?
When you purchase lights through Whistler Lights, free fixes and maintenance are included for the current holiday season through January 1, and the supplied products have a one-year warranty. Client-supplied lights do not include that free maintenance offer; the team will confirm applicable service charges and terms in your estimate.
Who keeps the lights after takedown?
You own the lights you purchase. After takedown, the lights are usually returned to you for storage until the next season.
When should I book?
Book as early as possible for the widest choice of installation dates. Whistler Lights installs throughout the holiday period, subject to schedule and property conditions.
